What is Cosmic Sunshine? 

We are a Melbourne based e-commerce store. More info about us can be found here. 

What payment do you accept? 

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Apple pay, Google Pay, ShopPay and PayPal.

We do not currently accept Afterpay, Zippay or any other buy now pay later system. However, we are working towards making it happen.

How do I know if my order has been shipped? 

We will notify you via email when your item(s) have been shipped with a tracking number.

How long will my order take to arrive? 

All shipping information can be found here.

The item I want is sold out

Email us at cosmicsunshine@outlook.com.au with the name of the item and we will let you know if we're expecting a restock. If we are we can put you on a list and notify you via email when it is back in stock.

Where can I find the ingredients?

All of our products have an ingredient list at the bottom of the description. If there is a specific ingredient you are allergic to you can contact us and we can let you know if it is in the product.

How do I receive my refund?

After following the appropriate steps for a refund (found here) all refunds are returned to the original payment method. Questions about refunds should be directed to cosmicsunshine@outlook.com.au or here.

What should I do if I've had an allergic reaction? 

Discontinue use immediately. Contact us at cosmicsunshine@outlook.com.au as soon as possible with details of the reaction. Our team take allergic reactions very seriously and our responses are governed by Australian law.
