Cosmic Sunshine operates online and ships Australia wide. We do not currently have any physical brick and mortar stores.
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Apple pay, Google Pay, ShopPay and PayPal.
We do not currently accept Afterpay, Zippay or any other buy now pay later system. However, we are working towards making it happen.
We will notify you via email when your item(s) have been shipped with a tracking number.

Email us at cosmicsunshine@outlook.com.au with the name of the item and we will let you know if we're expecting a restock. If we are we can put you on a list and notify you via email when it is back in stock.
All of our products have an ingredient list at the bottom of the description. If there is a specific ingredient you are allergic to you can contact us and we can let you know if it is in the product.
After following the appropriate steps for a refund (found here) all refunds are returned to the original payment method. Questions about refunds should be directed to cosmicsunshine@outlook.com.au or here.

As per Australian guidelines, our Gift Cards expire three years from the date of purchase. If you are looking for the terms and conditions of our Gift Cards they can be found on the product page when making the purchase.
Yes! Along with shipping Australia wide, we currently ship to the United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland and New Zealand. Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout and are dependant on weight of customers orders.
